Returns/Exchanges



Medicalscrubsandnursinguniform.com wishes to make your online shopping with us a pleasant one. Since returns will be very costly to you and to us, we highly urge you to read carefully every description of every item that we have posted for sale before making any purchase. Because different brands may have different sizing categories and measurements, we also urge you to read the size descriptions and the sizing charts that may be available at our site. The returns and exchange policies for medical instruments differ from the returns and exchange policies concerning our uniforms, scrubs, apparel and shoes.



A. Returns and Exchange Policies for Uniforms, Scrubs, Apparel and
Shoes:



* We will accept returns due to any manufacturing defect. In that particular case, we will exchange the product only for the same product item at no extra charge to you. Before sending any item for exchange, a return authorization must be obtained from us by emailing singcor@yahoo.com.



* We may accept exchanging an item only for another color or for another size. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGING AN ITEM WITH ANOTHER BRAND. In this particular situation, please note the following conditions:



---email us for an exchange authorization at singcor@yahoo.com.

---Once you have an exchange authorization number from us, send the item to us prepaid using a courier that can provide proof of delivery such as Priority Mail with tracking, UPS, or FEDEX.

---It is your responsibility to pay for shipping charges in the case of exchanges. Additional shipping charges will be charged to you using the credit card you use.

---If you are using Paypal, we may request you to send additional shipping and handling costs first before we will ship to you any product exchange.

---We will accept exchanges within 15 days of receipt in the original packaging, with all its tags or labels attached in its original condition.

---WE DO NOT accept exchanges for items that have been laundered, soiled, or embroidered.



* We accept customer returns for refund under the following terms:

---Customer returns simply for refunds are subject to 20% restocking fee.

---Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

---Before shipping us the item for refund, a return authorization must be obtained from us by emailing us at singcor@yahoo.com.

---Send the item to us prepaid using a courier that can provide proof of delivery such as Priority Mail with tracking, UPS, or FEDEX.

---We will accept returns within 15 days of receipt in the original packaging, with all its tags or labels attached in its original condition.

---WE DO NOT accept returns for items that have been laundered, soiled, embroidered, or damaged.

---We will refund your money only after we have received your shipment and all the above conditions have been met.

---We do not hold any responsibility for any lost shipments that are being returned to us while in transit.

---It will be your responsibility to pay for the costs of shipping back to you any disapproved returned items.



B. Returns and Exchange Policies for Medical Instruments:



Sorry, We will only accept exchange of defective medical instruments with another item of the same kind at no extra cost to you. Before shipping an item for exchange, a return authorization number must be obtained from us by emailing us at singcor@yahoo.com. You will be contacted about the defect you have found and for any further instructions regarding the exchange. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND on any medical instruments.

Shipping damages on intruments may be replaced based on shipping insurance policies.
